QT Parts

The brief.

QT Parts is a home & gifts brand with real momentum. They came to us to turn a good product into a store that sells as well as it looks — faster, clearer, and built to grow.

What was holding it back.

A wide parts catalog that was hard to search and slow to load on mobile.

What we did.

• Rebuilt the storefront on a fast, conversion-first Shopify 2.0 theme.
• Streamlined the path to checkout and sharpened product-page storytelling.
• Optimized Core Web Vitals so the store stays fast on mobile.
• Set up tracking and a testing roadmap to keep improving after launch.
